Hello!

I’m Lauren Marie, your event planner, your visionary, and  your new bridal bestie.

I moved to New York City from Buffalo to pursue my Big Apple dreams at the Fashion Institute of Technology. There I obtained a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Advertising and Marketing Communications. After four short years away from home I adopted the refined style of Manhattan and adapted to the hectic pace of the city, but I never lost my “city of good neighbors” values.

My love for wedding and event planning came long before my own journey down the aisle. I’ve always had a love for decorating and throwing amazing parties. After my wedding the everyday 9-5 left me longing for a creative outlet and missing my beautiful hometown of Buffalo. I wanted to give every bride the chance at her fabulous wedding in the beautiful surroundings that is Western New York. Which led me here to start Events by Lauren Marie.

There is nothing more important than time spent with family and friends. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and should be spent enjoying the time with those you cherish most. My perfectionism, insane organizational skills, and desire to make all things beautiful will be apparent throughout your event.

Leave the worrying and attention to detail to me. I value the relationships we forge with our clients knowing there is no single formula to event planning or design. We will customize our process for each individual client.
